These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and products provided by View Movement LLC ("View Movement," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. Services

View Movement LLC provides short-form video production, social media content creation, and related media services to businesses and organizations. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set forth in a separate Statement of Work, proposal, or service agreement signed by both parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Overdue amounts may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, View Movement grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the deliverables for your business purposes as specified in your service agreement. View Movement retains ownership of all underlying tools, templates, processes, and any work product not specifically transferred in writing. You retain ownership of any pre-existing materials you provide to us.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the services
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have all necessary rights to any content, logos, trademarks, or materials you provide to us
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service when using our deliverables

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, View Movement LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, audience growth, engagement rates, or business results from our services.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the services, and to use such information solely for the purpose of performing obligations under the service agreement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Billings, Montana, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement or Statement of Work, constitute the entire agreement between you and View Movement LLC with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
